Il s'agit d'une forme de ventilation en pression positive qui maintient les voies respiratoires ouvertes et emp\u00eache ainsi l'effondrement des parties molles des voies respiratoires. Dans de nombreux cas, le masque anti-ronflement n'est cependant pas tol\u00e9r\u00e9, car la surpression est per\u00e7ue de mani\u00e8re d\u00e9sagr\u00e9able ou l'air est expuls\u00e9 lat\u00e9ralement par le masque, ce qui irrite l'\u0153il. Le dess\u00e8chement du nez et\/ou de l'\u0153il sont des troubles fr\u00e9quemment d\u00e9crits.<br \/>Le plus grand danger est pr\u00e9sent lorsque la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d'un appareillage C-PAP a d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9e et que la ou les personnes concern\u00e9es n'utilisent pas du tout le masque anti-ronflement pour diverses raisons ou ne l'utilisent que pendant une dur\u00e9e r\u00e9duite de quelques heures pendant la nuit.<br \/>Chez ces patients, les examens pr\u00e9alables ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 permis de constater, de la part d'un m\u00e9decin sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9, qu'il s'agissait effectivement d'un ronflement dangereux. Dans ce cas, le traitement \u00e9ventuellement ad\u00e9quat de la ventilation nocturne en pression positive n'est pas efficace, d'autant plus que le masque anti-ronflement n'est pas, ou pas suffisamment, utilis\u00e9 par la personne concern\u00e9e.<br \/>Le patient et son environnement social sont rassur\u00e9s par la certitude trompeuse que le probl\u00e8me a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9solu \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un appareil cPAP. Les personnes concern\u00e9es d\u00e9cident d\u2019utiliser l\u2019appareil prescrit pendant une p\u00e9riode plus courte ou de ne pas l\u2019utiliser du tout, mais cela revient \u00e0 interrompre le traitement.<br \/>Les d\u00e9ficits dangereux en oxyg\u00e8ne et leurs cons\u00e9quences parfois dramatiques sont donc toujours pr\u00e9sentes et entrainent alors des hypoxies r\u00e9currentes possibles. En outre, le d\u00e9veloppement accru du syst\u00e8me immunitaire propre \u00e0 l\u2019organisme de l\u2019enfant vis-\u00e0-vis du milieu environnant entra\u00eene un accroissement du tissu lymphatique dans le nasopharynx les polypes et\/ou dans l\u2019oropharynx les amygdales ainsi que dans une moindre mesure \u00e0 la base de la langue et de la paroi lat\u00e9rale du pharynx. Le d\u00e9veloppement du tissu lymphatique est donc d\u00fb \u00e0 la maturation du syst\u00e8me immunitaire de l\u2019enfant. Le tissu lymphatique est souvent si volumineux que, en plus d\u2019obstruer les voies respiratoires, la trompe auditive ne peut plus remplir sa fonction de ventilation de l\u2019oreille moyenne. Cela entra\u00eene une accumulation de s\u00e9cr\u00e9tions dans l\u2019oreille moyenne et une surdit\u00e9 de transmission. Souvent, ces enfants augmentent consid\u00e9rablement le son de la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision ou des lecteurs de musique, parlent de mani\u00e8re incompr\u00e9hensible et impr\u00e9cise et r\u00e9gressent m\u00eame sur le plan linguistique. La nuit, ils ronflent parfois plus fort que leur p\u00e8re et peuvent avoir parfois des pauses respiratoires relativement longues. Les enfants ont \u00e9galement une proportion plus faible de globules rouges, transporteurs d\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne, dans le sang en raison de leur volume sanguin moins important, ce qui rend la saturation en oxyg\u00e8ne encore plus difficile.<br \/>Dans de rares cas, un effondrement de l\u2019\u00e9piglotte cartilagineuse peut \u00e9galement se produire, si elle ne pr\u00e9sente pas encore une rigidit\u00e9 suffisante pour des raisons de croissance.<br \/>Une saturation en oxyg\u00e8ne suffisante et un sommeil non perturb\u00e9 sont essentiels pour le bon d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019enfant !<br \/>Les enfants qui pr\u00e9sentent les sympt\u00f4mes d\u00e9crits sont souvent insomniaques, agit\u00e9s et peu concentr\u00e9s. On observe \u00e9galement une hyperactivit\u00e9 avec une faible concentration sur une occupation de longue dur\u00e9e ou sur un jeu.<br \/>En raison de l\u2019architecture du sommeil perturb\u00e9 et de la perte d\u2019audition souvent d\u00e9j\u00e0 existante, le risque d\u2019accident augmente consid\u00e9rablement. Chez la plupart des enfants, cette phase ne dure que peu de temps et d\u00e9pend fortement de la fr\u00e9quence individuelle de l\u2019infection. On n\u2019utilise pas de tamponnements nasaux. Au total, il nous faut moins d\u2019une heure pour cette intervention. Vous ne serez soumis \u00e0 aucune restriction et pourrez tout faire, y compris du sport, le jour de l\u2019op\u00e9ration.<\/p><p><strong>Sinus paranasaux :<\/strong><br \/>En cas d\u2019inflammation chronique des sinus paranasaux, une gu\u00e9rison de ce foyer est n\u00e9cessaire. Nous pouvons vous offrir un tr\u00e8s haut niveau de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la chirurgie assist\u00e9e par navigation. Un certain nombre de personnes n\u2019arrive m\u00eame pas \u00e0 \u00e9viter le stress et \u00e0 obtenir un certain rythme de sommeil.<br \/>Les sparadraps nasaux avec une bande bim\u00e9tallique pour \u00e9largir les voies respiratoires n\u2019aident que s\u2019il y a une st\u00e9nose relative des valves nasales lorsque le cartilage nasal est trop mou.<br \/>Les gilets qui emp\u00eachent la position dorsale perturbent souvent le sommeil et sont inefficaces dans les phases d\u2019apn\u00e9e en position lat\u00e9rale.<br \/>De nombreux patients peuvent d\u00e9j\u00e0 ressentir un succ\u00e8s durable gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des mesures th\u00e9rapeutiques dites \u00ab sans sang \u00bb.<br \/>Parmi les mesures th\u00e9rapeutiques non sanglantes, on trouve bien s\u00fbr l\u2019exercice cibl\u00e9 du palais et du plancher de la bouche pour r\u00e9gler et am\u00e9liorer le tonus dans le cadre des m\u00e9thodes d\u2019entra\u00eenement orofacial.
